With the collaboration of WEMCA, NCC and the IAAPs Centre, University of Bath

Future of Work came to Bristol and the West of England in 2025. Supported by partners including the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, GKN Aerospace and the West of England Institute of Technology, the event brought together teachers, careers leads and students from 13 local secondary schools. Attendees had the opportunity to “see inside” manufacturing and engineering roles at companies across the region, discuss career pathways face-to-face with industry professionals, and explore how the world of work is evolving.
